Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Junior Level Property Management Logistician with a Secret clearance to support DoD property accountability. Will assist in inventory planning, asset identification, and transition of data across APSR and legacy systems.

You will gain hands-on experience with APSR, DPAS modules (WM/PA), and related DoD property programs, delivering training and producing reports to support NSWC operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of logistics support experience or equivalent in government systems.
• Experience with APSR and related peripherals (HHTs, scanners, printers).
• Familiarity with WebFLIS, SOCM, EMI, FED LOG and DPAS modules.
• Experience executing requisitions and troubleshooting in government IT Logistics systems.
• Knowledge of OM&S accountability, GE and related inventory requirements.
• Ability to train staff on DPAS PA/WM functionalities and create reports/dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Officers in establishing inventory plans (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Collaborate with N4 Command Property to identify assets meeting criteria.
• Document property management processes and audit requirements per NSWC guidance.
• Support APSR data extraction, formatting into Excel/Word/Power BI.
• Perform physical inventories and verify APSR transactions (DPAS modules).
• Learn and apply FleetFocus, COLTS, and DPAS guidance for NSWC property management.
• Conduct OJT training sessions on APSR usage and reporting for custodians.
