People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Midlevel Property Management Logistician to support NSWC asset accountability at JEB Little Creek—Ft Story, VA. The role emphasizes APSR usage, DPAS modules, and DoD policy compliance, with hands-on training and data-focused duties.

You will work with Navy systems, perform inventories, generate reports, and help ensure asset accuracy across multiple platforms, including Power BI, Excel, and Word.

Qualificações

• Three (3) years’ experience providing logistics support to users of major government systems and/or logistics operations.
• Three (3) years’ experience on APSR peripheral equipment such as handheld terminals, scanners, signature pads, and label printers, or similar AIT equipment.
• Three (3) years’ experience with accountable property cataloging actions with WebFLIS, SOCM, EMI, and FED LOG.
• Two (2) years’ experience with executing requisitions and troubleshooting challenges within government Logistics IT systems.
• Two (2) years’ experience in DPAS ICP module for MFP-2 and MFP-11 equipment and supplies.
• Two (2) years’ experience with DPAS WM for training events and process documentation.
• One (1) year experience with DPAS PA and DPAS ICP training for staff.
• SECRET security clearance.
• One (1) year experience developing property management policies within DoD/SOCOM contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in establishing and executing inventory plans per DoD/N41 directives.
• Collaborate with N4/N41 to identify assets meeting accountable property criteria.
• Assist in documenting property management processes and audit requirements.
• Assist in implementing Force-wide property policies and local procedures.
• Create SOPs to improve NSWC policy compliance.
• Provide SME support for APSR (DPAS) data extractions and formatting into Excel/Word/Power BI.
• Assist in researching APSR data discrepancies and conducting causative analysis.
• Verify APSR transactions DPAS-PA/WM/ICP for accuracy and reconciliation.
• Support transition of data between APSR and FleetFocus/COLTS/DPAS systems.
• Deliver on-the-job training and classroom sessions for APSR usage.
