Northrop Grumman is seeking a Weapons Aircraft Integration Program Manager for the Advanced Weapons Business Unit in Northridge, CA. The role involves managing the full program lifecycle, coordinating missile integration across aircraft platforms, and delivering on-time performance within IMS and EVMS frameworks.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop budgets, and present status to senior leadership, with a focus on risk management and strategic planning in a DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with aerospace/defense PM experience.
• Experience with weapon-to-aircraft interfaces and store-separation criteria.
• Proven EVMS, IMS, and risk/opportunity management experience.
• Strategic mindset with multi-year aircraft integration roadmaps.
• Strong decision-making in high-stakes environments.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full program lifecycle from planning through IOC.
• Coordinate integration of missiles across aircraft platforms.
• Maintain IMS, risk/opportunity register, and cost baselines.
• Lead SRR/PDR/CDR/TRR reviews and ensure closure of actions.
• Own program budget, forecasts, and EVMS targets.
• Develop proposals, business plans, and new opportunities.
• Mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
