Qualifications

• Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's with required years of experience; alternative HS with more years considered.
• Experience with Windows domains and security practices including AD, GPOs, and permissions.
• Security-clearance is required: US Secret or higher; SAP/SAR clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Principal Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
• Exhibit good communication, energetic approach, and patience with customers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction per defined objectives and policies.
• Report task statuses for recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and verbal format.
• Support multiple networks and Windows administration tasks with minimal direction.
• Maintain and provide reliability of systems through installation, upgrading/patching, monitoring, and configuration management.
• Ensure system compliance via Group Policy or other technologies.
• Provide backup/recovery services and manage file systems and virus protection.
