Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst for its Roy, Utah location. This full-time on-site role supports classified government contracts and requires a Secret clearance.

The candidate will manage Windows Server environments, assist with cybersecurity tasks, and ensure security practices across networks and devices. Responsibilities include incident handling, documentation, and cross-disciplinary troubleshooting to isolate software, firmware, and hardware issues while following

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
• Must meet the U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Systems Operation Analyst.
• Active Secret level clearance at time of hire.
• Ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Access Programs as a condition of continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
• Establishes and maintains customer satisfaction according to defined objectives while adhering to established policies.
• Report task statuses for recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and oral format.
• Assist in testing of new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
• Maintain security audit and logging information on all classified networked and standalone computers as directed by ISSM.
