Qualifications

• Master's degree with 0 years of experience, or a Bachelor's with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience; High School diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
• Experience with Windows domains, including Active Directory, GPOs, Policies, and permissions.
• Candidates must have a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance (at a minimum) or be enrolled in the CE Program; clearance must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Windows Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
• Exhibits good communication skills and patience with customers.
• Report task statuses for recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and verbal format.
• Support multi-disciplinary work to isolate issues across software, firmware, hardware, and networks.
• Maintain security guidelines and audit/logging information as directed by the ISSM.
