Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support for classified government contracts as a Computer Systems Analyst.
• Communicate with customers and maintain satisfaction per objectives.
• Document task statuses and report them in written/oral form.
• Collaborate with network, software, and system engineers to resolve issues.
• Assist with installation, upgrade, patching, troubleshooting of systems.
• Maintain backups, disk space, and virus protection on schedules.
