Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Computer Systems Analyst to work on-site at our Linthicum, MD location. The role focuses on supporting classified government contracts with strong Windows, AD, policy and security expertise.

The candidate will work with cross-disciplinary teams and maintain security compliance. Qualifications include a US Secret clearance (or CE program), association with A&A processes, and familiar with RMF/STIG/JCIF guidance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 7 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Current U.S. Government Secret security clearance (at a minimum) or enrolled in CE Program.
• Ability to obtain/maintain access to Special Access Programs.
• Experience with Windows domains and AD/GPOs.
• Security certification requirements (Security+ CE or equivalent) within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Principal Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
• Establish and maintain customer satisfaction according to defined objectives.
• Report task statuses in written and verbal format.
• Support multiple networks and Windows administration tasks.
• Maintain operations of multi-user computer systems with engineers and IT management.
• Review internal requirements and recommend hardware/software purchases.
• Maintain system reliability via installation, patching, monitoring, and configuration management.
• Ensure system compliance via Group Policy or similar technologies.
• Provide backup and recovery services and virus protection.
