Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher with related experience
• U.S. Government Top Secret clearance (minimum) or continuous evaluation program
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server operating systems
• Security+ CE certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst for classified government contracts
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain satisfaction
• Report task statuses in written and oral format
• Collaborate across software, firmware, hardware, networks, and OS issues
• Support multiple networks and complete admin tasks per security policies
• Assist with installation, upgrades, patching, and configuration management
• Maintain backup, recovery, file systems, and antivirus protection
• Create Windows user and computer accounts and manage permissions
• Test new product releases for compatibility and minimal user impact
• Follow documented processes and escalate issues as needed
• Support security audits and logging per ISSM guidance
• Prepare Cybersecurity inputs and work with ticketing systems
