Qualifications

• Must have Security+ certification (or greater).
• Current US Government Secret level security clearance (minimum).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance as condition of employment.
• Windows Server and Linux (RHEL) experience required.
• Experience with RMF, STIG, JAFAN or JSIG environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to security policies.
• Report task statuses in written and oral formats.
• Collaborate across disciplines to isolate issues among software, firmware, hardware, and networks.
• Support multiple networks while following security procedures.
• Assist with installation, upgrading, and patching of systems.
• Manage backup/recovery, Windows file systems, and virus protection.
• Create Windows accounts and manage file permissions.
• Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimal user impact.
• Follow documented processes and assist with vendor troubleshooting.
• Maintain security audit/logging information per ISSM guidance.
