Job summary

CEdge Software Consultants is seeking an Intermediate Helpdesk Support Services Specialist (Tier II) to provide on-site support at Scott AFB, IL. The role requires troubleshooting and resolving workstation and peripheral issues across NIPRNET and SIPRNET, and building a knowledge base with monthly deliverables to the Government.

Qualifications

Experience providing on-site IT support to government or defense stakeholders is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and resolution skills for workstation and peripheral hardware/software.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for SDDC’s OIS NIPRNET and SIPRNET customers.
Troubleshoot analyze diagnose and resolve workstation and peripheral problems per baseline configurations.
Establish and maintain a knowledge database of problem resolutions; deliver monthly copy to Government.
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktop platforms; perform workstation imaging/setup/installations and replacements.
Maintain knowledge database with problem and resolution details by the 10th business day of the following month.
