Job summary

CEdge Inc. is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Specialist (Tier II) for on-site support at Scott AFB, IL. The role focuses on troubleshooting desktop/workstation issues and maintaining baseline configurations for secure networks.

Candidates must hold IAT II and multiple security certifications (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, SSCP). A Secret clearance is required to access sensitive environments and deliver timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• IAT II certification required.
• CCNA Security or CSA+ or equivalent security certs.
• Security+CE or SSCP certification preferred.
• GICSP, GSEC certifications listed as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Help Desk support for SDDC’s NIPRNET and SIPRNET users.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve workstation and peripheral problems per baseline configurations.
• Create and maintain a knowledge database of resolutions and provide monthly copy to Government.
• Deliver required Knowledge Database by the 10th business day of the following month.
