Koniag Government Services is seeking a Part-Time Help Desk Technician with a Secret clearance to support our government customer in Arlington, VA. The role involves hands-on IT support for end-user devices and incident resolution in a federal environment.

Qualified candidates will troubleshoot across Windows environments, Active Directory, and VDI/VMware, while delivering strong customer service and adhering to security and IA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT help desk support to end users.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and IA/compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and VDI/VMware environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch labor, fixes, configuration, troubleshooting and software installs for end-user devices (printers, VoIP phones, monitors, etc.).
• Act as Tier II point of contact for incident resolution and escalation.
• Ensure IA requirements are met for all devices and systems.
