Qualifications

- 2 years of Help Desk experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform touch labor: fix, configure, troubleshoot, and install software on end-user devices.
- Serve as Tier II primary POC for incidents and problems; escalate as needed.
- Ensure IA requirements are met for all devices and environments.
- Provide desktop support and knowledge of various OS, applications, and IT infrastructure.
- Configure system components and peripherals to support the operating environment.
- Advise on emerging technologies and evaluate help desk program effectiveness.
