Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote support to students and instructors; respond within 15 minutes.
Prepare mobile devices with baseline images and post-install customization.
Issue devices, conduct security briefs, and ensure required DoD forms are completed.
Support onboarding so students receive temporary network permissions.
Train new instructors on classroom instructional technology and tools.
Report damaged or missing equipment and coordinate with leadership on charges.
