Qualifications

• AS degree with at least 7 years of experience.
• Active SECRET clearance required, U.S. citizenship.
• Cyber Workforce certification per DoD 8570.01-M as applicable.
• DoD IA-related certifications and familiarization with security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support to students and instructors.
• Prepare mobile devices with baseline images and post-install customization.
• Issue devices, conduct security briefs, and complete required forms (DA 2062, AUP, IA briefings).
• Support onboarding for temporary network permissions during courses and rotations.
• Train instructors on classroom instructional technology and collaborative tools.
• Report and coordinate asset issues and ensure compliance with security policies.

Position Title: Help Desk Support Specialist (Student Computer and Automation Support)Location: Fort Benning, GAClearance required: SECRETScope of Work: Provides on-site and remote customer and automation support to students and instructors, preparing and issuing mobile devices, conducting security briefs, and supporting a single maximum class/course of up to 400 students per rotation.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Provide on-site and remote support to students and instructors; respond to initial requests within 15 minutes.Prepare mobile devices (laptop or tablet) with new baseline images and post-install customization.Issue devices, conduct security briefs, and ensure completion of DA Form 2062, AUP, and IA briefings.Support TSAS onboarding so students receive temporary network permission for the course duration.Train new instructors on classroom instructional technology and collaborative tools.Report damaged or missing student computers and provide the ETS Lead with statement of charges/FLIPL packets.Associate of Science (AS) degree with at least 7 years of experienceActive SECRET clearance required, U.S. citizenshipCyber Workforce certification per DoD 8570.01-M as applicable to assigned IA functions
