Client Solution Architects is seeking a Doctrinal Training Team (DTT) Lead to support Fort Dodge. The role focuses on managing a six‑WfF DTT, ensuring live, virtual, constructive, and gaming activities run smoothly, and maintaining alignment with national training schedules.

Requires an active Secret Clearance and a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of DoD experience. The position emphasizes coordination across regions and with senior operations staff to deliver modular, mission-ready training.

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with 12+ years DoD or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage DTT of six WfFs, deployable as a DTT or multi-function team.
• Schedule and oversee Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC‑G) activities for each MTC under MCTSP.
