Haynes, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Implementation Analyst in Charleston, SC to support the Department of State. A Secret Clearance is required or obtainable, with full-time status and a strong benefits package.

The role focuses on implementing and supporting DoS financial systems and related administrative services. The incumbent will work with the Global Financial Services team, coordinate training materials, and maintain system content while ensuring schedules are met and data is

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in accounting or related field and three years of relevant professional experience in design, development, analysis, testing, or implementation of client-server financial systems similar in size to DoS systems.
• Experience with DoS systems and providing help desk support for large financial implementations is preferred.
• Ability to use DoS approved AI-enabled tools for data analysis, documentation, quality reporting, and process improvement while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Gather user data and post-implementation information and share it with team members as needed.
• Provide administrative support for overseas Implementation team members, including travel documents.
• Oversee training materials, maintain supply inventory, and perform general administrative tasks.
• Maintain test training content and schedules.
• Track implementation tasks to ensure on-schedule delivery via the established process.
• Assist as part of the Technical Assist team and back up moderating State Talks.
• Support ISO-9001 activities as needed
• Lifting up to 10 lbs may be required.
