Job summary

Haynes Inc. is seeking an Implementation Technical Analyst to support the Department of State in Charleston, SC. The role focuses on designing and delivering training for the CGFS/ CST implementation team, maintaining training materials, and providing Tier I support for overseas posts.

A Secret Clearance is required or must be obtainable, with a full-time schedule at Dyess Ave, North Charleston. The starting salary range is $63,800–$72,800 plus generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Specialized, in-depth subject matter experience with Federal accounting and financial management policies, practices, reporting, and operations is desirable.
• Demonstrated capability analyzing complex financial systems requirements, troubleshoot, and issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and delivering formal and informal training for overseas DoS financial systems.
• Assist with updating training aides, syllabuses, handouts, and training databases.
• Collaborate with trainers and update materials for new releases and for online training modules.
• Set up and maintain training databases, webinars, and Training Accounts; support conversions and post-go-live activities.
• Provide Tier I helpdesk support during post-conversion periods and coordinate with Tier II experts.
