Job summary

Haynes Inc, an experienced long-term government contractor, is seeking a Business Process Analyst for Accounts Receivable to support the Department of State in Charleston, SC. The role requires ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and will involve accounting, reconciliations, data entry, and process improvement in a high-volume DoS environment.

Candidates should have a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with accounting systems (GFMS/RFMS) and MS

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required, or 2 years college + 2 years related experience, or 4 years relevant experience.
• Experience with Accounts Receivables and related accounting tasks.
• Strong analytical and data-tracking abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounting transactions and identify errors; make entries in the automated system.
• Maintain accounting records and spreadsheets to support official records.
• Perform General Ledger reconciliations and prepare financial statements.
• Safeguard PII and adhere to security controls; support DoS operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to debtors and respond to inquiries.
