Job summary

Haynes Inc. seeks an Administrative Implementation Analyst to support the Department of State in Charleston, SC.

A Secret Clearance is required or must be obtainable; this government contract role is full-time with a starting salary of $49,000–$55,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. You will assist in implementing DoS systems, provide administrative support to overseas Implementation team, and help ensure training and documentation are prepared.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in accounting or related field plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with DoS systems and federal accounting policies preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/hold a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering post-implementation data and provide information to team.
• Provide administrative support for overseas Implementation team, including travel documents.
• Oversee training material preparation, maintain test content, and schedule tracking.
• Support ISO-9001 activities as needed.
• Lift up to 10 lbs as required.
