Job summary

Haynes, Inc. seeks an Administrative Implementation Analyst to support the Department of State in Charleston, SC. The role requires obtaining a Secret Clearance or possessing one, with a starting salary between $49,000 and $55,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

The contractor supports the CGFS team in global financial operations, including system implementation, training, and help desk tasks. Partial telework is possible after onboarding, with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university or college in accounting or related field and three years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with DoS-provided systems, federal accounting policies, and large financial implementations preferred.
• Uses DoS approved AI-enabled tools to assist with data analysis, documentation, quality reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Gather users and post-implementation data and provide information to stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for overseas Implementation team members (travel documents, etc.).
• Oversee training materials preparation, maintain supplies inventory, and perform general admin duties.
• Maintain test training content and schedules; track implementation tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support ISO-9001 activities and assist with State Talks moderation when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
