Qualifications

• High school diploma with experience in financial or payroll automated systems (e.g., PeopleSoft).
• Ability to create and work with spreadsheets and/or databases.

Responsibilities

• Primary payroll responsibilities include time & attendance reporting, pay calculation, leave accounts, and other pay matters for locally employed staff.
• Support and maintain payroll systems and ensure timely processing per Directorate policies.
• Provide accurate documentation and assist with workflow analysis, process improvements, and audits.
