Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is hiring a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (Level 2) to join our team in California, with travel up to 25-50% depending on location. The role will work with program leadership to develop and maintain the integrated master plan and schedule.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or master's) and DoD Secret clearance, with experience using Microsoft Project and EVMS to monitor progress and manage risks across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or Master’s degree.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access required to start.
• Travel: Palmdale 25%; El Segundo or San Diego 50%.
• Experience with Microsoft Project 2016+ and EVMS; scheduling analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and coordinates the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensures schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Tracks plans, performs risk analysis, and resolves critical path conflicts.
• Uses Gantt, PERT, milestones and EVMS to gauge progress.
