Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 2 years of financial experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, VBA).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and earned value management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate program performance baselines (PMB) and implement changes.
• Analyze contracts to ensure cost control and accounting compliance.
• Prepare program financial reports and forecasts (cost, labor, materials).
• Support cost estimate development, proposals, and negotiations.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks and status reports.
• Coordinate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Labor Resource Plan submissions.
• Assist with audits and customer reviews as needed.
