Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst at Level 3 to provide program planning and financial control support. You will work with program managers, CAMs, and business managers to prepare budgets, schedules, funding profiles, and variance analyses, ensuring adherence to cost control guidelines.

The role requires EVM experience, strong Excel skills, and willingness to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and related reporting requirements.
• Strong cost performance reporting and analysis capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and conditional formatting.

Responsibilities

• Provide program planning and financial control support.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work; assist in funding profiles and forecasts.
• Monitor costs and schedules on contracts; perform EVM tasks and WBS development.
• Prepare expenditure projections and submit timely funding requests to government.
