Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in San Diego, CA seeks a Business Management Analyst to support program cost control for the Navigation, Intelligence and Connectivity Division and SPAN BU. You will work with program managers and CAMs to provide financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities include cost data analysis, forecasting, invoicing support, and EVM tasks. A DoD Secret clearance or eligibility is required; US citizenship is mandatory. 9/80 schedule offered where available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of financial work experience.
• Basic understanding of Government Compliance concepts/regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, VBA).
• US citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements.
• Analyze cost data to prepare internal/external program cost reports.
• Support cost estimate development, invoicing, customer proposals, negotiations, and audits.
• Forecast financial statements, AOP, and Labor Resource Plan.
• Identify and mitigate program cost and schedule risks.
• Perform Earned Value Management related tasks and status reporting.
