You will establish governance, content standards, taxonomies, lifecycle procedures, develop documentation and self-service resources, and collaborate with leads and training specialists to translate complex concepts into clear guidance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage a centralized Knowledge Management system.
• Establish governance, content standards, taxonomies, version control, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and self-service resources.
• Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and training specialists to translate complex concepts into clear guidance.
• Analyze user feedback to improve documentation usability and searchability.
