General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager in Fort Belvoir, VA to lead program knowledge governance and lifecycle management. You will harmonize technical documentation, architecture decisions, and release notes for authorized stakeholders.

You will also act as an AI-assisted technical writer, ensuring content quality and compliance with RMF, DoD, and information-handling rules while collaborating with engineering teams and PMO.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 5+ years KM experience in defense or federal IT.
• Experience designing SharePoint sites, workflows, permissions, metadata.
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret and SCI.

Responsabilidades

• Administer SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams, and ServiceNow knowledge repositories with version control and DoD access controls.
• Develop KM structures, libraries, workflows, dashboards, and taxonomy models.
• Ensure artifacts support IT ops, software development, cybersecurity, and CM.
• Publish ServiceNow Knowledge Articles and align with CMDB and change records.
• Maintain architecture docs, baseline configurations, sprint artifacts, test reports, and decision logs.
• Enforce document formatting, naming, and approval workflows; RMF compliance.
