Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist for a large federal program. The role is full-time and onsite in New Orleans, LA, focusing on end-user desktop support across Marine Corps installations and related IT tasks.

The position requires 1+ year IT experience, Security+ certification, and the ability to obtain/maintain an active SECRET clearance. A comprehensive benefits package is offered alongside salary.

Responsibilities

• End-user desktop support across Marine Corps installations worldwide.
• IT support for network devices, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, connectivity, OS, Outlook/Office, and VTC.
• Conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.
• Execute scripts and answer calls.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.
• Open and close tickets.
• Correlate events and incidents for IT Services management.
