JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support Field Operations at Joint Base Andrews, MD. You will plan, execute, and monitor projects and routine requirements for the site, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.

This role requires a Secret clearance and on-site work in Maryland. You will coordinate with site leadership and customer stakeholders to align project scope with priorities, manage resources, and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Must have DoD/industry standards experience in defining project scope, managing schedules and work plans, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at Joint Base Andrews, MD on a day shift.
• PMP certification is a plus, with experience supporting DoD installations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives aligned with site priorities and customer needs.
• Estimate resources, assign and manage them effectively.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Track progress, identify risks or delays, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, changes, and progress.
• Measure project performance and implement improvement actions.
• Keep stakeholders informed throughout each project.

At JCS Solutions, compensation is based on a number of factors such as location, qualifications, and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $93,000.00 - $134,000.00
