Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support Field Operations at Joint Base Andrews, MD. You will plan, run, and monitor projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery, coordinating with site leadership and customer stakeholders to support daily mission operations.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, active DoD Secret clearance, and hands-on experience defining scope, schedules, resources, and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field and 5 years of project management and related experience
• Master's degree in computer science, business, or a related field and 3 years of experience
• No degree, with 10 years of intensive and progressive related experience and a current PMP certification

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects so they are finished on time and within budget
• Define project scope and objectives and align with customer/site priorities
• Estimate resources needed and assign/manage them
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
• Track progress, identify risks or delays, adjust plans accordingly
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates on strategy, changes and progress
• Measure project performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Keep stakeholders informed throughout each project

Job Summary

You'll keep work on schedule and within budget, use resources well, and keep stakeholders updated from start to finish. You'll work with site leadership and customer stakeholders, and your work will directly support day-to-day mission operations.

Clearance: Secret

Salary: $93,000.00 - $134,000.00

Certification: Active DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification

At JCS Solutions, compensation is based on a number of factors such as location, qualifications, and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $93,000.00 - $134,000.00
