Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum requirements.
• Prepare lessons reflecting accommodations for different learning styles.
• Present subject matter per TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials for diverse learners.
• Assess student learning and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Coordinate with staff to set instructional goals and methods.
• Supervise teacher aides and volunteers; use technology to support learning.
• Help students improve study methods and habits; maintain records and reports.
