Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in the core subject area.
• AED/CPR certificate for PE role (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum.
• Use diverse instructional strategies and materials for varied learning needs.
• Assess student learning styles and adapt instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEP.
• Plan and supervise work of instructional aides and volunteers.
• Maintain classroom environment and behavior management.
• Communicate with parents, students, colleagues, and community.
