San Joaquin Valley Homes is seeking a Licensed Full-Time Secondary New Home Sales Specialist in California. You will work with Primary New Home Sales Specialists, receive coaching, and help buyers through the home purchase process while promoting new community developments.

Role includes weekly training, collaboration with marketing, and opportunities to advance to Primary New Home Sales Specialist. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current valid real estate license.
• Experience in real estate sales, especially new homes.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of new home sales from first contact to closing.
• Provide timely follow‑through with customers from initial contact to post‑closing.
• Maintain records and input weekly communications.
• Support the primary New Home Sales Specialist in generating sales from realtors.
• Develop knowledge of the competitive marketplace, products and demographics.
• Record daily customer traffic and participate in neighborhood promotions.
• Attend weekly training and sales meetings; monitor model homes for maintenance.
