Are you an experienced HLTA, Teaching Assistant or Education Professional looking for a new opportunity in Scarborough? Castle Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Learning Leads to work across a range of secondary schools in Scarborough and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Secondary Learning Lead, you could be:

• Supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher
• Supporting pupils to make progress and achieve their potential
• Working with individuals and small groups to provide additional support
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Working closely with teachers and school staff
• Helping to maintain high standards of learning and behaviour
