Job summary

Castle Education is seeking an experienced HLTA in Scarborough to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, lead activities, and provide 1:1 and small-group support in multiple primary settings.

Flexibility is key: choose days you work, with full-time, part-time and ad hoc opportunities. Daily pay ranges from £95 to £130 depending on experience and role, with weekly PAYE and holiday pay included.

Are you an experienced HLTA, Higher Level Teaching Assistant or experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Scarborough? Castle Education are looking for passionate and reliable HLTAs to work across primary schools in Scarborough, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Whether you are looking for regular work, a few days each week or occasional supply work around your existing commitments, we can offer the flexibility to choose when you work.

The Role

As an HLTA, you could be:

• Covering classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Delivering pre planned lessons
• Leading whole class activities
• Supporting pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
