Job summary

Royal Technologies, based in Mission, TX, is seeking a Secondary Inspection role for 2nd/3rd shift to uphold quality across molded parts and assemblies. You will inspect parts according to quality documentation and maintain pace with production demands.

Requirements include a high school diploma or 3–5 years manufacturing experience, ability to pass a color acuity test, and fluency in English and Spanish. Overtime is expected and shift options include 2nd or 3rd.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience.
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed.
• Familiarity and experience working with computers, including G-Suite Products (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Ability to pass Color Acuity Test
• Ability to work 2nd Shift (4pm-12am) or 3rd (12am-8am)
• Must be bi-lingual (English & Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts per Royal's quality documentation.
• Meet standard seconds per part targets.
• Inspect molded parts after first/last shot for quality.
• Assist molding and assembly teams during absences.
• Work in a team environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Inspecting parts based on Royal's quality documentation
  • Ex: Secondary Inspection Instructionsand Visual Reference Sheets (VRS)
• Inspecting parts to the Standard seconds per part target (ie. inspections must be completed within a defined time frame to ensure the pace of production meets customer demand)
• Inspecting molded parts after first shot / last shot production run to ensure quality and consistency in parts produced
• Helping in molding and assembly departments/bays to cover absenteeism and break coverage
• Work in a team environment
