Job summary

Royal Technologies Corp. is seeking Secondary Inspectors to join our Quality team and ensure every part meets our strict quality standards. You will inspect molded parts and verify conformance to color acuity and documentation, supporting production with accurate inspections.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or 3–5 years manufacturing experience, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and can work 2nd or 3rd shift. Overtime and ESOP benefits contribute to our team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail required for quality inspection standards.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Must pass Color Acuity Test.
• Able to work 2nd shift (4pm-12am) or 3rd shift (12am-8am).
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts according to Royal's quality documentation and instructions.
• Meet defined standard seconds per part target during inspections.
• Inspect molded parts after first/last shot to ensure consistency.
• Assist molding and assembly departments to cover absenteeism and breaks.
• Collaborate in a team environment to maintain production pace.

Core Responsibilities

• Inspecting parts based on Royal's quality documentation
• Ex: Secondary Inspection Instructions and Visual Reference Sheets (VRS)
• Inspecting parts to the Standard seconds per part target (ie. inspections must be completed within a defined time frame to ensure the pace of production meets customer demand)
• Inspecting molded parts after first shot / last shot production run to ensure quality and consistency in parts produced
• Helping in molding and assembly departments/bays to cover absenteeism and break coverage
• Work in a team environment

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed
• Familiarity and experience working with computers, including G-Suite Products (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Ability to pass Color Acuity Test
• Ability to work 2nd Shift (4pm-12am) or 3rd (12am-8am)
• Must be bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
• Pay: $14.15/HR + $1.35 Shift Premium = $15.50
