Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time teacher for LifeWise classes, focused on Bible-based education for grades 6-12. The role requires a mature Christian faith, active church involvement, and at least two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings.
• Active participation in a local church whose beliefs align with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Mature Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days.
• Teach LifeWise classes using LifeWise curriculum and maintain organized, engaging classroom environments.
• Maintain attendance records and class rosters, and prepare substitute lesson plans.
