Wright Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join the welding team for our second shift. We provide paid training for entry-level welders; no experience required. The role involves interpreting blueprints, welding components, and ensuring safety standards.

We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth through cross-training. This is a hands-on position on the second shift from 4PM to 12:30AM, with overtime possible based on workload.

Competenze

• Ability to understand basic mechanical and manufacturing techniques.
• Some welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent work history.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred.

Mansioni

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.
• Weld small and large components, including sheet metal.
• Weld components in flat and vertical positions.
• Maintain and repair all machinery.
• Assess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors.
• Follow and enforce safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.
