Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. is hiring for an Entry Level or Experienced Welder/Fabricator on 2nd shift (2:00pm–12:00am) to set up and tack weld sub-assemblies for cylinders and swivels. Pay ranges between $21.00–$31.00/hour with a $1.50/hour shift premium.

The role requires blueprint reading, diverse welding techniques, and a strong attention to quality. The candidate will perform weld per WPS, read shop routings, and maintain tools and fixtures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years associate degree in Welding with one or more years in a variety of welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Repair weld flaws/leakers from assembly.
• Tack and weld parts per the appropriate weld procedure.
• Read and interpret shop routings and prints.
• Set-up the job per weld procedures and work instructions.
• Perform first article piece inspection.
