YBI Recruiting is hiring 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Welders for a premier manufacturing partner. Responsibilities include fabricating to blueprints and performing GMAW/FCAW welding across shifts.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, welding certificate or 2+ years experience, and must obtain AWS D.1.1 certification within three months. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Welding certificate/diploma or 2 years welding experience preferred.
• AWS D.1.1 weld certification within 3 months of hire is required.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints and schematics.
• Basic proficiency with computers.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and cut materials per design/blueprints.
• Perform GMAW and/or FCAW welding.
• Finish surfaces with hand/power tools (grind, trim, deburr).
• Operate and maintain shop equipment in assigned area.
• Read dimensions and layouts from shop math and plans.
• Inspect assemblies to verify specs.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and work orders accurately.
• Provide training and guidance to new/existing team members.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized workspace and PPE.
