Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily shift operations in a multi-environment warehouse setting. You will oversee Warehouse Associates in order fulfillment and operational tasks while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, PDP development, and performance feedback to enhance retention and productivity. This position is on-site with a 2nd shift schedule and requires strong leadership in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations for one or more warehouse areas.
• Manage daily activities of Warehouse Associates in order fulfillment and operations.
• Instruct and oversee adherence to quality, safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop PDPs with Shift Manager and coach associates.
• Monitor KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget, and Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink and operational audits and drive accountability.
• Conduct accident investigations per company guidelines and document findings.
• Travel required: No.
