Job summary

Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the second shift at the Springfield RDC in Tennessee. You will lead shipping, receiving, inventory control and material handling to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate workflow.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in warehouse ops, and experience with WMS/TMS. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and drive Lean improvements while ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years in warehouse ops or supply chain.
Proven people leadership with coaching and development.
Experience reducing costs and improving processes.
Strong knowledge of WMS and TMS systems.

Responsibilities

Lead second-shift warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
Ensure on-time order fulfillment and high service levels.
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions for issues.
Foster safety, quality, and OSHA compliance.
Collaborate with Inventory, Transportation, Planning, HR and Safety teams.
Develop staff through coaching and training.
Drive Lean initiatives to improve productivity and cost.
