Job summary

Mattel seeks a Receiving & Warehouse Lead to manage daily inbound receiving and warehouse operations in a B2B distribution environment. You will supervise the work of 10+ Clamp Truck Operators and supporting staff, ensure inventory is accurately received and posted, and maintain safe, efficient dock and storage areas.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid grasp of clamp-truck operations, and hands-on experience with WMS and RF scanners.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory, or distribution center operations.
• Strong knowledge of clamp-truck operations, safety, and warehouse storage practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large operational teams (10+) and coordinate priorities.
• Experience with warehouse inventory audits, cycle counts, and location accuracy processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily receiving dock and warehouse operations, coordinating inbound unloading, putaway, storage, consolidation, and replenishment.
• Enforce OSHA requirements and site safety standards, including PPE, restraints, and equipment safety.
• Conduct pre-shift safety and equipment checks and maintain organized docks, lanes, and routes.
• Oversee unloading of inbound trailers, ensure stacking and stability meet standards, and verify inventory against documentation.
• Coordinate and balance labor across receiving, putaway, consolidation, re-warehousing, storage, and Hot Zone replenishment.
• Identify bottlenecks, monitor productivity, and propose process improvements in labor utilization.
• Lead shift start-up meetings, provide training and feedback, and issue end-of-shift reports on work completed and upcoming tasks.
