Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Value-Added Services Lead in the United States to coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate receiving, storage, and shipping to support production and customer commitments. This role leads receiving associates, Clamp Truck Operators, and High Reach Operators while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

You will monitor KPIs, coach staff, and collaborate across Receiving, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Transportation to maintain operational

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years in distribution center/warehouse/logistics or related field.
2+ years in lead or team coordination role.
Experience with receiving, inventory control, and shipping operations.
WMS experience and inventory control processes.
PIV operation experience and certification
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

Coordinate VAS warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, storage, and shipping support.
Lead daily activities of receivers, Clamp Truck Operators, and High Reach Operators.
Monitor KPIs and communicate issues, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
Coach and develop warehouse staff; prioritize workload to meet production and customer commitments.
Promote safety, 5S, and standard operating procedures across the warehouse.
