Job summary

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills and experience in logistics; bilingual Spanish is preferred. You will train staff and drive productivity while aligning with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills; able to write reports and correspondences.
• Strong reading skills; able to read and interpret documents such as shipping documents and safety procedures.
• Strong oral communication skills; able to speak before groups of employees and management.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills; able to analyze and interpret reports and data.
• Strong mathematical skills; able to calculate percentages, volumes, costs and time.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs and guides warehouse leads and employees.
• Coordinates and manages workflow for assigned employees.
• Uses mainframe systems, databases and spreadsheets to set staffing and workflow plans.
• Ensures loads are completed accurately and on time.
• Keeps labor efficiency goals in check and maintained.
• Provides training to staff on procedures to maximize productivity, accuracy and safety.
• Ensures compliance with Mattel policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with P&C and management to resolve employee relations issues.
• Works on special projects as directed by DC leadership and Associate Manager.
