Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Value-Added Services Lead to coordinate daily warehouse operations, overseeing receiving, inventory control, and shipping support to meet production needs while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will lead a team of Receiving, Clamp Truck Operators, and High Reach Operators, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across Receiving, Inventory Control, Shipping, Transportation, and VAS to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution center, warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations, including at least 2 years in a lead or team coordination role.
• Experience in receiving, inventory control, material handling, and shipping operations.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Experience operating and coordinating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV), including Clamp Trucks and High Reach Forklifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate inbound receipt and storage of VAS materials and packaging supplies.
• Verify shipments against documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate WMS receiving and storage locations; support production schedules.
• Coordinate material staging and availability to meet production and orders.
• Lead and develop Clamp Truck Operators, High Reach Operators, and inventory staff.
• Track KPIs and communicate risks and improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure safety policies and SOPs are followed and 5S practices are maintained.
