Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks a Warehouse Associate to join the on-site team in West Jefferson, Ohio. You will apply forklift skills, manage inventory, and ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and safely in compliance with Crane SOPs.

You will lead by example, train teammates, support inventory integrity, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while adhering to federal and state regulations and client requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for processes and technology in assigned area.
• Direct work of team members as directed by supervisor.
• Solve problems within supervisor directions.
• Train employees on care and preservation of items.
• Ensure client orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and timely.
• Perform inventory counts and adjustments as directed.
• Monitor safety and security procedures.
• Delegate housekeeping duties and ensure daily completion.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations.
• Load/unload materials and operate warehouse equipment.
• Scan freight using RF/WMS systems.
• Complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
• Presence on-site at assigned location.
• Other duties as assigned.
